Created in 1986 by First Congregational Church UCC of Berea, and now its own 501c(3) organization, the Second Mile Shop sells donated furniture, appliances, household items, and clothing at reasonable prices. The store also serves as a warehouse for goods-in-waiting to be delivered at no charge to people in need, including veterans in transition.
