A membership-driven association of Oho's county Public Children services agencies that advocates for and supports child protection program and public policy for safe children, stable families, and supportive communities. Programs inlcuded but are not limited toOhio START (Sobriety, Treatment, and Reducing Trauma) is an intervention program that provides specialized victim services, such as intensive trauma counseling, to children who have suffered victimization with substance abuse of a parent being the primary risk factor.
