Outreach and Crisis Counseling Services is founded upon a faith-based belief that recovery can only happen through a holistic wellness that takes place in the body, soul, and spirit of the individual. The providing of social services through counseling/life coaching and case management will be administered in both group and individual counseling sessions. Detox facility is open 24/7. Vivotrol and Suboxone are offered for Medication Assisted Treatment. No Sublocade. Gambling and eating disorders not treated here. Intensive outpatient services include 3 group and 2 individual counseling sessions each week. Outpatient services combine individual and group counseling, and a psychologist is available. Medications that are not allowed to be taken once someone is in this program include Seroquil and Gabapentin.
