We offer all of our services via video visits by Telehealth on our app!

At Boulder Care we are a 100% Telehealth care provider. We treat adults & pregnant women with opioid use disorder (OUD) and alcohol use disorder (AUD), with medications for recovery. We are grounded in kindness, respect, and unconditional support. Our mission is to lower the mortality rate by easing access to Suboxone for OUD. On average patients are seeing a prescribing clinician with 48 hours or less after contacting us.

We can also prescribe oral naltrexone, but no injectable medications.

In addition to medications for recovery, we can provide refills for mental health meds, birth control & STI medications, and more.

We do not require a drug screen for the first visit, but will send a kit with mouth swabs for video observed screens before the first refill visit and periodically according to Ohio law.

We are a harm reduction model and will never discharge patients for continuuing to use or returning to using substances.

Stronger individuals, stronger together. We are built different on purpose.
