Youngstown Urban Minority Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Outreach Program (YUMADAOP) is that violence, tobacco, and other drug prevention, treatment, and re-entry interventions must be culturally and gender appropriate if the needs of the inner city communities are truly going to be addressed.
