XChange Clinic will be open every 2nd and 4th Friday of each month. XChange is designed to help men and women who struggle with illicit drug use. XChange will provide a one-to-one needle exchange with a goal to reduce harm to individuals affected by the disease of addiction. This program will help protect Darke County from accidental needle sticks and blood-borne disease like hepatitis and HIV.
