True West Homes is an organization committed to creating housing stability for youth and adults experiencing housing insecurities by providing quality housing that is safe, secure and affordable. We envision a world where affordable housing is accessible to all who are socio-economically disadvantaged and aspire to fulfill their dream of homeownership and wealth creation.
You must be referred by a case worker in order to qualify for services 

Transportation

 

We provide assistance with bus passes, gas cards, car registration fee, car registration renewal, car tow and minor car repair.

 
 

Supportive services

 

We provide financial assistance through partial payments on rent, utilities, security deposit, phone bill and background checks. 

We also help assist with rent application fee, food assistance, birth certificate, State ID, work uniforms and much more.

 
 

community resources

 

We provide referrals to education, health care, legal assistance, clothing closets, food pantries and job fairs in addition to providing you with the ability to get documents notarized.
