Our licensed, professional, and caring counselors provide an array of services designed to help people understand their addiction, learn how to effectively manage this disease, and how to begin the process of recovery. We know that treatment DOES work and people DO recover! Services include comprehensive assessment, individual counseling, Outpatient Treatment groups, a female residential treatment facility (Horizon House) and more. Cost for services are charged based on a sliding fee scale (for Portage County residents), taking into consideration family size and income. Select private insurance and Medicaid are accepted. No one will be turned away due to inability to pay.
