The mission of The Creed of Recovery Community Integration(CI) Program is to empower adults in Fairfield County, Ohio to improve social functioning by identifying subjective non-medical social determinants of health, establish objectives to address identified areas, and case management support to develop, implement, and monitor a plan of action to complete objectives.
Creed has temporarily closed th 551 E Main St location for renovations. We are now located accross the street at 512 East main Street.
