The Haven of Rest, a faith based rescue mission, serves as a light to the homeless community in and around the Akron Ohio area. Located at 175 E. Market St. in downtown Akron, they offer food, shelter, safety, drug rehabilitation and most of all hope to those most in need. On the second Thursday of each month at 6:15 pm, we hold a Gospel service for both the men and women receiving services at the mission. Come and observe how God is moving boldly in people's lives at the mission and you may be inspired to serve God in ways you never thought possible! Drive Thru Food Pantry opens every Friday @ 10AM.
