Offer Outpatient services, Intensive Outpatient program (IOP), Relapse Prevention Plan, Individual Treatment, Medical Assisted Treatment (MAT), we are associated with a provider that administers Vivitrol injection for opiate and alcohol dependency, Suboxone for opiate addiction. Accept Ohio Medicaid, most insurance plans, licensed with Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services since 2008. Work with Inpatient providers that are stepping down patients to an Outpatient setting, work with all court systems, felony drug charges, OVI, DUI, Treatment offering the 72 hour Driver Intervention program for OHIO. This program meets and exceeds other state requirements for Impaired Driving.
