The purpose of Safe Harbor Peer Support Services is to provide a welcoming environment which is physically and emotionally safe, where adults with a mental illness can receive peer support, socialization, education, and opportunities to work on their mental health recovery. Our mission is to help consumers increase their level of self-esteem, quality of life, and independence.
