Project Noelle helps the children who have suffered from the Opioid Epidemic from overdose death, active addiction, or in recovery. We assist with emergency clothing and diapers, Christmas, Easter, Kids support groups, sporting equipment, and more!! We are currently located in Ohio, Florida, and North Carolina.
