The Zanesville-Muskingum County Health Department (ZMCHD), Muskingum Behavioral Health (MBH), and Mental Health & Recovery Services Board continue to partner for Project DAWN (Deaths Avoided With Naloxone): an overdose prevention and education project. This program (launched in Muskingum County in June) is for opioid users who are at risk of death from overdose, and family and friends of those who are at risk of death from overdose.
