We are a growing organization throughout the greater Cleveland area and provide individuals and their families with the support they need in order to live more manageable and meaningful lives. At Peace by Piece Cleveland, we want you to feel as comfortable as possible and make sure you receive the support you need in order to grow and thrive within our greater Cleveland community. In order to achieve this goal, Peace by Piece Cleveland became a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization in March of 2018.Our staff provides support to individuals in the form of one-on-one counseling, group therapy, developing and overseeing treatment plans and ISPs, adult day services and programs, supervising individuals and families, supported employment, homemaker personal care, vocational habilitation, transportation, and consulting with doctors, support administrators, social workers, therapists, and other medical professionals to optimize care and support of our community members. As we continue to grow and expand, we will begin providing even further services to individuals and families within our community.
