Oriana House offers a myriad of services. Programming sends individuals on a multi-step journey to rehabilitation through their own admission of a problem, abstinence, avoidance of relapse, and a daily dedication to recovery. Before any alcohol or substance abuse treatment program can begin, an assessment is needed in order to determine an appropriate treatment plan and goals. A substance abuse assessment by a licensed treatment counselor helps the client and the counselor determine the severity of the problem. Individuals in need of an assessment can call 234-678-5720 to schedule an appointment. Assessments can last up to three hours. Certified by Ohio Dept. of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OMHAS)
