Morningstar Family and Children’s Services Inc. was founded in 1996 with a desire to connect Georgia’s children with brighter days. Since then, we have grown into a multi-faceted organization that achieves our mission of providing home and healing for children through our residential care program and community counseling clinics. Our homebase is located in Brunswick, GA and we have an additional counseling clinic in Perry, Georgia.
