McKinley Hall is an experienced agency in providing optimal drug and alcohol treatment services and fiscal prudence. Needle exchange and other outreach services are offered 5 hours per week, 3 hours at Southern Village, Mondays 5-8pm and Thursdays 3-7pm. They are also offered at the Springfield Soup Kitchen on Wednesdays from 1-4pm.
