The CAC is Continuing A Commitment to restore and revitalize the quality of life in Jefferson County, and move the residents towards self-sufficiency. We achieve this goal by adapting and providing programs that are accessible, affordable, and culturally-sensitive to meet the needs of the community.Applicants can receive:$20 voucher per person in household to either Kroger’s or WalMart as determined by CSBG Intake WorkerFirst month’s rentCurrent month’s rentPast Due month’s rentUtilities – if included in rent and is clearly stated in the Lease agreement
