Hand of Hope is a KY State licensed Alcohol / Drug entity established in November 2009 to serve the alcohol, drug, and mental health needs of the surrounding tri-state area. We believe in treating clients with the utmost dignity and respect. Hand of Hope offers First Offense as well as Multi-Offender DUI Services. Most clients may qualify for a reduced rate based on a “sliding fee scale”. Proof of income must be provided Prior to beginning any education or treatment program.
