Empowered For Excellence Behavioral Health Ohio

Empowered For Excellence is an Ohio based, private, not for profit 501(c)3 behavioral health care organization. As a faith based agency we are committed to delivering a higher quality of life through our client centered values. We offer a variety of mental health and substance abuse services. Some of our services include: case management, day treatment, intensive outpatient groups, individual therapy, psychiatric services, and sober living. We also offer youth services including, a summer program and school day treatment. EFEBH’s Recovery Program encompasses body, mind, and spirit, supported by a dedicated and compassionate team. Our staff specializes in dual diagnosis treatment, mental health, addiction services, and cognitive behavioral programming. All behavioral health programs at Empowered for Excellence include diagnostic assessments, individualized service planning, discharge planning, and care coordination with outside providers. While engaged clients would have access to educational resources, employment, housing and re-entry services. Ultimately, we want to give our clients a strong foundation on which to build their sobriety and reenter the community empowered for excellence.
