This community is a twelve unit complex. Apartments are all one bedroom with a stove and refrigerator provided by Harrison MHA. All apartments are non-smoking. Eligibility criteria for this community is 62 years of age or older, handicap/disabled, regardless of age, must qualify under the income limits (adjusted annual income vs. per person income limit), must pass background screening, tenant screening and provide landlord references.
