About: BrightView’s Columbus East addiction treatment center is not your typical “drug rehab” program. Actually, at BrightView, we don’t even use the term “rehab program” at our treatment centers. That’s because we offer comprehensive addiction treatment programs. We provide outpatient addiction treatment to patients in the Columbus, Ohio area who are struggling with drug abuse or alcohol addiction. We take an evidence-based approach to treating substance use disorders with medication-assisted treatment (MAT), individual counseling services, group therapy, and social support services. Additionally, we help those who are struggling with co-occurring disorders. We follow an individualized approach in our treatment options to meet each patient wherever they are. For those who may be seeking drug addiction treatment for something such as opiate addiction, we primarily prescribe buprenorphine, buprenorphine/naloxone (Suboxone), and naltrexone (Vivitrol). While we do not currently prescribe methadone at our clinics, we have helped many patients concerned about withdrawal symptoms transition from methadone to another medication.
