The mission of Low Country Health Care System, Inc. is to provide accessible and quality primary and preventive health care services in a patient-centered manner to the communities of Allendale, Barnwell, Bamberg , Aiken and surrounding counties. We are a non-profit, 501(c)3, primary health care organization, that has provided health care services for over 40 years, and currently cares for approximately 19,000+ patients.
Our practice services all patients regardless of ability to pay. Discounts for essential services and medications purchased at one of our pharmacies are offered on a sliding fee scale, based on family size and income in relation to the federal poverty guidelines. This sliding fee scale is available to all patients, whether you have insurance or not. Our pharmacy also offers reduced priced prescriptions through the Federal 340B Program, which enables all of our patients to receive discounts on many of their prescription needs.
