PHP with supportive housing and IOP virtual evening hours. Accepting male and female clients 18 years of age and older suffering with drug and or alcohol addiction. We accept all forms of Ohio Medicaid and dual plans Medicare with secondary Medicaid. We are accepting pregnant clients in first and second trimesters.
