Ashtabula County Department of Job and Family Services (ACDJFS) oversees the following agencies:The Child Support Enforcement AgencyThe Ashtabula County Transportation SystemThe Ashtabula County Senior Services LevyOhio Means Jobs - Ashtabula CountyACDJFS also determines eligibility for food stamps, Medicaid, Ohio Works First, Workforce Investment Act (WIA), eligibility for child care assistance, certifies home providers for child care certification, and provides assistance for adults age 60 or older who are in danger of harm through the Adult Protective Services
