The Aiken/Barnwell Counties Community Action Agency, Inc. (ABCCAA) is a people-oriented, non-profit, community-based organization that has assisted the people within its service areas since 1966. The main purpose of our Agency is to help improve the lives of people in need, as well as address a variety of community concerns. Services are provided without regard to sex, age, race, color, nationality, religion, physical or mental ability, or marital status. We pledge to our communities to continue to strive to develop and implement programs that meet the needs of our service areas, and to assist families in a non-threatening, compassionate and efficient manner.
