The agency is certified as a Behavioral Health Service Organization (BHSO), Alcohol and Other Drug Entity (AODE), and CARF accrediated. It was established on April 15 of 2016. At this time, our organization has outpatient locations in Ashland, Russell, Grayson, Olive Hill, and Morehead, Kentucky. We offer an array of services, so we are able to meet our clients where they are on life’s journey and assist each one of them in the best and most effective way possible.
