ProjectONE-ARC Empowerment Center is a faith-based organization where we serve, equip, empower, and bring hope to the community through our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Project One ARC Empowerment Center is opening a daytime warming center. This warming center would be open 7am-7pm on days that it is 20 degrees or below.
