Church of the Saviour Early Learning Center (COTSELC) opened its doors to families throughout Cleveland Heights, Ohio in December 1975. We are an outreach ministry of the Church of the Saviour United Methodist Church. For more than 35 years, our Early Learning Center has been providing quality childcare services for little ones aged 18 months to 5 years. We started offering before- and after-school programs in 1999. And in 2008, our infant room opened. We now welcome all children aged 6 weeks to 11 years to our Early Learning Center!
