Challenge Ministries- Alliance

Our mission is to empower individuals to overcome challenges, develop essential skills, and achieve lasting stability and self-sufficiency. We offer job readiness classes, job coaching, peer recovery support, mentoring, pastoral support, esteem building and basic needs for interviews and work.

Classes are held Tuesdays at 10:00 am 

This class utilizes a 12 Point Inspection of what needs to be in place before you start applying for a job. With this tool youll be able to see for yourself what requirements you already meet, those that you are in the process of meeting and those requirements that perhaps you havent even considered yet. By classess end you will be able to determine if you are ready to begin applying for employment and if not what steps you need to take before doing so.
