The Center for Healthy Families works with pregnant and parenting teens, between the ages of 13-19, in Franklin County. They work one-on-one with teen parents to help foster success and self-sufficiency. You must be a Franklin County resident to qualify for this program. Resource Advocates provide social and support services directly to families.
