The purpose and mission of Advantage Family Outreach & Foster Care is to provide quality and positive substitute care. We will serve children in need of a safe, loving and stable home, and also provide therapeutic services to the children based on their needs. AFOFC is dedicated in the endeavor to provide placement services for the benefit and dignity of Ohio’s children in need. AFOFC will focus on independent living skills and individual educational plans to equip each youth with the resources needed to live a healthy, happy life.
